Finca 1890 Gesha

Finca 1890 Gesha is grown near Carpinteria in the coastal foothills of Santa Barbara County, one of California's most unusual coffee-growing environments. Shaped by a cool Pacific microclimate, the cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, yeast-fermented for 48 hours, then washed and slowly dried for exceptional clarity.
