El Tempixque is a washed coffee from a farm the Falla family has worked in Guatemala's Antigua valley since 1890, its name taken from a tree standing at the farm's gate. The cup leans gentle and balanced — soft caramel sweetness against ripe red apple acidity, closing with a smooth, pleasant finish.
