Kittel

Kittel roasts in Hochelaga, in Montreal's east end, Monday to Thursday, and much of its work is supplying independent cafés, restaurants and offices: private-label blends, espresso equipment and its servicing, training and consulting. It builds long relationships with producers, importers and café owners, buying through importers it trusts and in some cases from farms directly. For home brewers it sells a few house blends and a short list of single origins, and local orders are delivered by bike courier all year.
