About this coffee
Grown in Guatemala's Huehuetenango region, this coffee comes from Jacinto Domingo Marcos's farm, Yulm'on Canalaj. Cherries are selectively picked across three passes and carried out by horseback before a 48-hour fermentation and about six days of sun-drying on patios. Each lot is roasted to order.
