Yirgacheffe Banko Gotiti

Yirgacheffe Banko Gotiti is a washed heirloom lot from the Banko Gotiti Washing Station in Gedeb, where cherries from more than 600 smallholders are gathered from farms at 2,000–2,200 m. The wide day-night temperature swing slows ripening and builds sugar and complexity in local Kurume, Dega and Wolisho selections. The cup is sweet and balanced, with apricot, orange and brown sugar.
