El Meson Summer Harvest Medium

This is El Meson's honey-processed Pink Bourbon from Colombia, the work of a young generation of growers. The variety, misleadingly named, isn't a Bourbon — its cherries ripen orange-pink and it traces back to Ethiopia, bringing subtle cherry, white honey and gentle florals.
