Bekele Kechara is a naturally processed heirloom lot grown on a 1.5-hectare farm in the village of Murago, Ethiopia. Single-farmer lots are exceptionally rare here given the country's cooperative-based production, and Bekele's focus on specific heirloom varieties lets him curate a unique expression.
