Genesis is The Barn's permanent Ethiopian coffee, a Grade 1 natural heirloom from Yirgacheffe — the origin often called the beginning of coffee. Naturally processed, it's full of aromatics and low in acidity, landing distinct and sweet. It's a clean, complex, expressive cup meant as a tribute to the origin itself.
