Lot Cruzeiro is a honey-processed Brazilian single lot from ONA's Ama Project. The honey process keeps some fruit mucilage on the bean during drying, feeding into its round, sweet character. In the cup it reads as almond and dark chocolate with a raisin edge. Roasted light for filter by ONA Coffee in Australia.
