Guará

Guará is a Brazilian coffee variety grown widely across Minas Gerais, valued by producers for its productivity and resilience in the region's stable climate. It performs especially well as a natural, where its dense sweetness and gentle acidity come forward. Cups tend toward chocolate, caramel and ripe orchard fruit rather than sharp brightness. It remains largely a domestic Brazilian variety, rarely seen outside single-farm lots.
