Boquete Lerida is a honey-processed Geisha from Panama's Lerida farm, a property established in 1920 and among the country's oldest, grown between 1,600 and 2,025 m. Only the best cherries are float-sorted before an 18-day dry on African beds, coaxing out Geisha's high natural sugars. It tastes of white peach and apricot with honey sweetness, tea-like and balanced. Roasted light for filter by Glitch Coffee in Japan.
