This Panama single lot is a collaboration between Onyx Coffee Lab and Weber Workshops, two teams whose paths have crossed from SCAJ in Japan to World of Coffee in San Diego. Both share a fixation on the details, whether that's refining extraction, rethinking workflow, or designing spaces that pull people deeper into coffee.
